The weather was gorgeous and the crowd was large at the Calvin Coolidge State Historic Site on July 4th. In addition to the traditional march and laying of a wreath to commemorate President Coolidge’s birthday, visitors and residents enjoyed a number of speakers and photos, displays and memorabilia from 250 years of Plymouth history in the old schoolhouse. Wagon rides and a chicken bar-b-que rounded out the activities of the day.
