See the Drop Reaper in Action this Wednesday!
You’re invited to drop by the Coolidge Site this Wednesday, August 29, from 1 to 5 p.m. to see Fred DePaul use a drop reaper to mow the buckwheat field with his horses. This field of buckwheat was planted by Springfield, VT students this spring and Wednesday is a rare opportunity to see a drop reaper in action. The field is located near the tourist cabins and visitors are invited to take a small bundle of buckwheat home.
