12/8/24
We seem to be drifting between a few inches of snow, then misting rain these days, which means we need to keep on our toes about road conditions. I heard that the skiing at Okemo was good this weekend, but I haven’t received any word about Killington. A friend and I planned to snowshoe on Sunday afternoon but settled for a walk instead since the snow was too wet and sticky.
Don’t forget the Emergency Services Holiday Party at the Town Building on 12/14 from 4:30 to 6:30 with gifts, refreshments and activities for our youngsters.
The Tyson Ladies Aid Christmas party was delightful with a delicious meal by VT Bliss Catering, collection of soft tissues for the Gill Home and donations for WCYS, plus an hilarious gift exchange game with dice (courtesy of Janine). Welcome to new member, Liz Naftulin!
