Local Children helped light the Memory Tree at the Plymouth Community Center

I am writing this on a frigid morning. Hope that folks are staying cozy and warm. I want to thank everyone for their prayers and well-wishes for Tom, plus their visits. He came through his bypass surgery well and may even be able to come home on Friday. Justine continues to maintain things at home when I am at the hospital – cat care, mail, bird-feeder. Having no recent snow storms has been helpful, but a big thank you to Steve Radonis for all of his shoveling a couple of weeks ago.

I am disappointed that we will not be able to have a Community Luncheon in December. All of our wonderful volunteers are busy with Holiday plans and I will need to be with Tom while he recuperates. We will plan on a nice luncheon on the 3rd Thursday in January!

Plymouth residents remember family and friends at the Memory Tree lighting ceremony.

Thanks to Jen Flaster for sending the pictures of the Memory Tree Celebration on 12/9. All ages were in attendance for this community gathering. Another opportunity for celebrating this Holy season will be at the Christmas Candlelight Service to be held at Tyson Church on Sunday, 12/23 at 5:30 PM. Erik Johansson will be there, providing his wonderful music. Please note the earlier time this year!
